It felt so great to finish both the children’s bedrooms at the same time. This is Nagini’s nursery. We decided to get rid of our former guest room and turn this into her nursery:
We reused some of Bunny’s nursery decor, like the flower hangings on the wall, the chair (well, that was Brian’s former man-chair, then Bunny’s chair, and now Nagini’s chair. Maybe one day he will get it back!), and bookshelf.
She has a new crib (since big sister is using her own crib as a toddler bed) and new dresser to call her own:
This lamp was Brian’s aunt’s when she was a little girl:
The fabric for the window is vintage that my mom got:
Some of the things on the wall are scrapbook paper, an abacus because when Nagini grows if she is anything like her sister she will be busy trying to pull things off the walls. Maybe this will distract her a little.
I wish bedrooms would always stay this lovely and organized!
